LW-PLA Printing quality issue

 

No solution, tested many times. Because the temperature at which LW-PLA starts to foam is around 230, PLA is already too soft at this temperature, so there is no way to solve the stringing issue. Unless the model is directly optimized for vase mode when designing. However, the surface quality is pretty good, and LW-PLA is easy to cut, so even if the surface is protruding a little, it can be easily cleaned off.

無解，測試了很多次。因為LW-PLA開始發泡的溫度都在230附近，這個溫度PLA都已經太軟了，所以牽絲的問題完全沒辦法解決。除非模型在設計的時候就直接針對可以使用花瓶模式列印最佳化。

不過表面的情況是還不錯，而且LW-PLA很容易切割，所以表面即使有一點突出都可以很容易清理掉。
